The Uncle Joe

The catalyst for me doing the EC was unquestionably Joe Coen. He was one of my first bosses and beyond that became a friend, brother, and father figure. He is sick and during our conversations and hanging out he just said, "Do this. Life is short. Spend the money, take the time, and do this." So I am. We hope he will be tracking us (and no matter what I am sure he will be) and I wanted to name the boat after him. His brother in law called him Uncle Joe and I always liked that so our boat is the "Uncle Joe."
